Youth Leadership Council
Registration Required
The Orange PAL Youth Leadership Council (YLC) is a teen oriented program run by the youth themselves. They participate in a variety of community service projects, on both local and regional levels .
Youth Council will meet the 3rd Wednesday of each month .
