Our Mission is to provide a safe environment for juveniles, offer programs that emphasize education, promote self-esteem, deal with those underlying conditions that threaten the future of our youth and continue our dual mission of fostering positive activities in the community parks and local playgrounds.

Orange PAL wants to value academic success and devalue social deviances through educational programs involving parents, police officers, educators and citizens of our community.
